Fusion Specialty Group is pleased to announce that Arrow Global Insurance (‘AGI’) has acquired a majority stake in the business, marking a significant milestone in Fusion’s growth as a leading global specialty MGA.
Since launching in 2018, Fusion has processed more than 23,000 submissions, written approximately £290 million of gross written premium for around 1,500 policyholders, and more than doubled premium volume over the past two years.
This transaction represents an exciting new chapter for the business. We would like to thank our insurer and broker partners for the trust and support that have helped us build Fusion into the business it is today.
